Orders
All orders will be processed by computer. The "OEM Number" is used as reference only.
Prices
All prices are FOB our warehouse and subject to change without notice.
Guarantee
The automotive parts listed in the online catalog are non-original (aftermarket). We guarantee our parts fit and against manufacturing defects. But our liability is limited to replacement of parts or refund only. We are not liable to any labor or other related cost. There is no guarantee on any alteration or improper installation.
Payment
All orders are shipped or delivered on COD basis unless open account has been approved. For all online customers, only money order or cashier check are acceptable.
Shipment
Orders shipped Dallas/Houston area are freight collect. Purchases of $1,200.00 in Texas or $1,500.00 out of Texas are freight prepaid. Free delivery services are available in Greater Dallas/Houston area.
Claims
Freight damage or lost in transit should be reported to the carrier and noted on the bill of landing immediately. Claims for freight damage need to be directly filed to the carrier. We are not liable to freight damage.
Returns
No parts will be returned after 7 days from data of receipt unless authorized. Returned parts must be in original cartons and accompanied by the correct invoice. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee is charged on all returned parts.
